Lindsay When we moved to Herndon, Nate and Michele were the first couple we really got to know. Nate and my husband went to high school together and shared mutual friends. They’d been in the area for awhile and showed us the ropes per say. Fast forward a few years we see them through their wedding and on to their little man’s birth. I had the pleasure to do her maternity and newborn pics for him. You can imagine how excited I was when she told me she was expecting #2! It was a no brainer – I just had to do those pics too! I posted her maternity session just recently and now get to share their newborn pics.
I like to do a mixture of posed baby images using backdrops and a bean bag as well as a bunch of family shots that are less posed and most lifestyle. One of my favorite moments was when little man crawled into his daddy’s lap (which was already occupied by sister) and brought along a book to read to his sissy. He’s a great big brother and loves helping with his sissy.
