Lindsay This family has to be one of my favorite families. I’ve grown with them as much as they’ve grown with me. Every year it’s a great pleasure to photograph them and see how much they’ve grown.
This session we returned to Claude Moore Park in Sterling Virginia where we actually held little man’s first birthday session 3 years ago. This time we hit the fall color just right and man did their emerald color scheme just pop!
We tried to recreate a few images from his first birthday session but now with the two kids. It worked out perfectly because little sister we just as busy as her older brother was as the time. We ended up with some of the same photos that they now display side by side in their home.
She adores her older brother and he fits right into the role. He was careful to make sure the was take care of and not getting into mischief.
As we were walking by, dad spotted this shed covered in ivy and insisted we stop for a few. I’m so glad he did that. I’m kind of wishing we’d done more in that particular spot – they turned out great!
